principal partners
SFSA and its partners aim to complement each
other’s efforts by providing skills, knowledge and access to resources for rural enterprises to grow.
SFSA has many partners: government and non governmental
organizations, research institutes, other foundations,
banks and private corporations, all sharing a common
goal to work with farmers to improve their livelihoods.

In October 2002, the Foundation joined the
Consultative
Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR),
a consortium that sustains public agricultural

The CGIAR welcomed the Foundation´s
membership as marking "an important new
direction in addressing hunger and poverty
around the globe," one that establishes
"new models for public-private partnerships."
